Mural Painted 1979 Dodge Sportsman Motorhome in Caron, Saskatchewan for sale

We are selling our beloved 1979 Dodge Sportsman Motorhome. It was bought for our honeymoon with intentions to keep it for camping for many years to come, but life has made other plans and we are needing to sell it this spring 2019!
We have owned it for a year, and the previous owners are the ones who completed the reno's to the inside. Comes with TV as seen, and all wired in speakers, DVD player, sound system and mini fridge (as shown). Sleeps 4: the futon couch folds down into a bed, there is additional space for a single mattress above the cab and the table can also fold down into a bed.
The A/C does not work (needs a fan - we were going to replace it since the plan was to keep it but never got the chance), and the gas gage wire is broken (we made it to BC and back by keeping track of the kilometres on our cellphones), and it did have a water leak last spring so there is a bit of water damage to the walls, but the leak itself has been fixed by us. No bathroom on board, giving you tons of space for storage (plus no dealing with the ick sewage tank of a '79 vehicle).
The brakes were replaced last spring. Spray foam insulated. Starts every time, no matter the weather. Ridiculously reliable, made it through a lot of mountain driving last spring with zero issues. Has two extra seatbelts at the kitchen table so passengers can travel safer. The TV can be easily mounted outside to watch a movie by the fireside if you so choose, has all the extension cords and mount included to do this.
The exterior was painted by local Regina graffiti artist "True". The one side of the RV mural is as shown, the other side is a large graffiti writing of the word "true" in colourful paint accented with a flat black cab. Due to the way the vehicle is parked we do not have a picture of the "true" side of the mural. There has never been a problem with rodents or other animals living in this unit, it has been stored on our driveway all winter.
